Worst event - Nur Adam bin Abdul Ghafar (019102)

As a camping enthusiast and seasoned outdoorsman, I've had my fair share of ups and downs when it comes to camping experiences. However, one experience stands out as the worst camping trip I've ever had, and it was when I was leading a group of inexperienced campers.

It all started with the planning phase of the trip. I was leading a group of 10 people, most of whom had never been camping before. I had planned the trip meticulously, making sure to bring enough food, water, and supplies for everyone. However, I had overlooked one crucial aspect of the trip: the weather.

On the day of the trip, the weather was fine, but as we started driving towards the campsite, it started to rain heavily. Despite the rain, we decided to proceed with the trip, hoping that the weather would clear up soon. However, things only got worse from there.

When we arrived at the campsite, we found that the area was completely waterlogged. The rain had turned the ground into a muddy mess, and it was impossible to set up our tents without sinking into the mud. To make matters worse, the campsite had no shelter or covered areas, so we were completely exposed to the elements.

Despite the adverse conditions, I tried to keep everyone's spirits up and managed to set up a makeshift shelter using some tarps and rope. We huddled under the shelter and tried to stay warm and dry, but it was a losing battle. The rain kept coming down, and the wind was picking up, making it harder and harder to stay comfortable.

To make matters worse, some of the members of the group started to complain about the conditions and wanted to leave. I tried to convince them to stick it out, but it was no use. Eventually, we had to pack up and leave the campsite, cutting our trip short.

In hindsight, there were several things I could have done differently to prevent this camping trip from turning into a disaster. I should have checked the weather forecast more thoroughly and made sure to choose a campsite with better drainage. I also should have prepared the group better for the conditions they were likely to face.

Overall, this was a humbling experience that taught me the importance of being prepared for any eventuality when it comes to camping. While it was undoubtedly the worst camping trip I've ever had, it also taught me valuable lessons that I carry with me to this day.

Best event -Nur Adam bin Abdul Ghafar (019102)

As the leader of a successful event, I can confidently say that planning and execution are key to making any event a success. There are many different factors that can contribute to the success of an event, including having a clear vision, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to unexpected changes.

One of the most important aspects of planning a successful event is having a clear vision for what you want to achieve. This means setting specific goals and objectives, and making sure that everyone on your team is aligned with those goals. By having a clear vision, you can ensure that all of your efforts are focused on achieving your desired outcome.

Effective communication is also essential when it comes to planning and executing an event. This means making sure that everyone involved in the event is on the same page, and that everyone knows what their role is and what is expected of them. It also means being able to communicate effectively with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders, in order to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.

Attention to detail is another important factor when it comes to event planning. This means taking care of all of the little things, from making sure that there are enough chairs for everyone to sit in, to ensuring that the lighting and sound systems are set up correctly. By paying attention to the details, you can create a more polished and professional event that will impress your guests.

Finally, the ability to adapt to unexpected changes is crucial when it comes to event planning. No matter how well you plan, there will always be unexpected challenges that arise. By being flexible and adaptable, you can ensure that you are able to respond quickly and effectively to any issues that arise, and keep the event running smoothly.

In conclusion, as the leader of a successful event, I can attest to the importance of having a clear vision, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to unexpected changes. By keeping these factors in mind, you can ensure that your event is a resounding success, and that everyone involved has a memorable and enjoyable experience.

my idol ( ARHAM TAQIUDDIN BIN AHMAD PEKERI 018887 )

Sun Tzu was a Chinese general, military strategist, and philosopher who lived during the Eastern Zhou period. He is an idol to many, including myself, because of his great philosophy and the impact it has had on military strategy and beyond.

Sun Tzu's philosophy was centered around the idea of achieving victory with minimal loss of life and resources. He believed that the key to success in war was to understand oneself, one's opponent, and the environment in which the conflict was taking place. He emphasized the importance of flexibility and adaptation, and encouraged his readers to be creative and to think outside the box.

What I admire most about Sun Tzu's philosophy is its applicability to many areas of life beyond warfare. His teachings have been used to develop successful strategies for everything from negotiating business deals to winning elections. In fact, his philosophy can be applied to almost any situation in life that involves conflict or competition.

Sun Tzu's philosophy is also characterized by its practicality and common sense. He believed that the best way to win a war was to avoid it altogether if possible, and to win without fighting if not. He emphasized the importance of planning and preparation, and stressed the need for a clear and focused strategy.

Overall, I idolize Sun Tzu because of his great philosophy and the impact it has had on the world. His teachings have influenced military leaders and strategists throughout history, and continue to be studied and respected today. His philosophy is not only applicable to warfare, but also to many other areas of life, and has helped countless individuals and organizations achieve success.

Best event i hosted ( ARHAM TAQIUDDIN BIN AHMAD PEKERI 018887 )

Last first semester break, on 12/02/2022, I had the pleasure of inviting my friend to an exciting day trip to Sunway Lagoon, a popular water park and theme park. It was an incredible experience that allowed us to have fun, bond, and make unforgettable memories together.

Before the trip, I spent some time researching Sunway Lagoon to make sure we knew what to expect and to plan our day accordingly. We wanted to make the most out of our experience, so we decided to arrive early to beat the crowds and to try out as many rides and attractions as we could. We booked a hotel to stay I night. Then the next moring we go breakfasted at mamak nearby and go direct to sunway lagoon.

Once we arrived at Sunway Lagoon, we were both amazed by the size and scope of the park. There were water slides, wave pools, roller coasters, and other attractions that catered to all ages and interests. We spent most of the day going on different rides, getting soaked in the water park, and indulging in some delicious snacks and treats.

One of the highlights of the trip was going on the Vuvuzela, a massive water slide that drops you down from a height of over 150 feet. It was an exhilarating experience that made us scream and laugh at the same time. We also enjoyed going on the roller coasters, which gave us an adrenaline rush and a bird's eye view of the park.

Throughout the day, my friend and I had a great time talking, laughing, and sharing stories. We both agreed that it was a fantastic day and that we should do it again in the future. We also made some new friends along the way, as we interacted with other park-goers and staff members.

Overall, inviting my friend to Sunway Lagoon was a memorable experience that allowed us to have fun, bond, and make unforgettable memories together. It was an adventure that we both enjoyed and that brought us closer as friends.

Worst event by Shameer Ikhwan bin Md Shahrudin (ALAM018883)

As far as I remember, I'm not the type of person that like to handle an event voluntarily or not. So, the best that I could share is about the worst event I've ever attended. For sure I wouldn't remember much about the event because it's not something valuable to be kept as memories but there's still thing that can be share. This was the last picture taken with my school rugby team. This picture alone could describe a thousand emotions to every each of us. This picture was taken right before the match which we thought still had a chance to get through the next round but the results say otherwise.

In 2019, our school rugby team participated in the Super School 15's tournament which also could be described as one of the biggest tournament for school level in Malaysia. My school which was Sekolah Sultan Alam Shah, SAS was considered one of the best team in the history of the tournament which was held every year. However, unlike the previous year, our team was not good enough because many of our key players were injured and our manager even had to included certain player from the junior team. For sure, we have high expectation to grab the title in this tournament because we are a vey high spirited teams.

This tournament also have the grouping format in which all of teams could still qualify to the knockout stage even they are bottom of the table at their group. The first game for us was against English College, EC at our home ground. With the loudness of our fans and the advantage of home turf, we were expected to win the game easily. However, the game ended with EC taking all the points. For the next game, we were up against Sekolah Datuk Abdul Razak, SDAR. This match was very important for us because we need to win to regain the confidence. Unluckily, we also lost in this tight battle.

As for the last game of the group stage, we go against the previous season finalist and what could be said as the greatest team for our batch during the time. It was against Sekolah Menengah Sains Hulu  Selangor, SEMASHUR. They have a very well record in each of the tournament they joined as the trophy will always be in their hand. The tense and fear against this team didn't managed to overwhelm us because our team have a pretty good record against them. Skip into the match, it was like what we expected as we could give a good fight to them and the game was very intense. Unluckily, the better team won and they managed to gain control over us in the last minutes which give the victory to them.

We still will play in the knockout stage but the team that we are facing was the top from other group. It was Malay College Kuala Kangsar, MCKK which was the previous season winner and the match also held at their home ground. Into the matchday, fear has nothing on us as this could be the last game for us otherwise we could do the miracle and turn the table. It's either do or die for every each of us. The game was pretty intense but the opponent keep on managing to close themselves to our try line. The game ended and the expected did happen. MCKK won against us over 3 tries. The only reason that I could put blame on was our manager. He didn't even want to do any substitution to our first team players compared to MCKK which implemented rotation sub. This mean that they always change their lineups and will never get tired. Our journey ended that time and it was the last game for us the form 5 students.

I still would like to thanks all of my teammates for always fighting to the end and give their best. Although this memory is bittersweet but I still appreciated it because the moment will all of our friends will keep on living. This was the story of my life and thank you.

THE WORST EVENT -AIDIEL AZHAR DME43A 018877

Organizing an event for the first time can be a daunting experience, especially when it's for a good cause like a club fundraiser. It requires planning skills to ensure that everything runs smoothly and successfully. Unfortunately, my friend and I learned this the hard way when we organized the worst event ever in our high school, Sekolah Menengah Sultan Abdul Halim (JENAN) , for the Nihongo (Japanese Language)  club fundraiser.

The idea of organizing a takoyaki selling event for the Nihongo club fundraiser seemed like a great idea at first. As members of the club, we were excited to contribute to the club's funds and gain valuable experience in event planning. We started our preparations by researching takoyaki recipes, prices of ingredients, and equipment needed to cook the Japanese snack. We even consulted with our Japanese Language teacher , Sugandaran Sensei, who gave us valuable tips and advice on how to make the best takoyaki.

On the day of the event, we were filled with anticipation and excitement. We set up our stall in a prominent location within the school compound and began cooking takoyaki. However, things did not go as planned. Firstly, we had underestimated the demand, and we did not have enough ingredients to meet the orders. We had to make several trips to the nearest grocery store to purchase more supplies, which resulted in longer waiting times for our customers.

Secondly, the takoyaki batter did not cook well, and some of the balls turned out undercooked or burnt. We tried to salvage them by covering them with sauce, but they didn't look appealing. Thirdly, we had not priced our takoyaki correctly, and we ended up setting the price too high. As a result, we had fewer customers than we expected, and we barely made enough money to cover our expenses, let alone raise funds for the Nihongo club.

Looking back, my friend and I realized that we had made several mistakes in organizing the event. As it was our first experience, we had not done enough research and planning, and this had led to our failure. We felt embarrassed and disappointed, but we also learned valuable lessons that we could apply in the future. We realized that organizing an event is not as easy as it seems, and it requires effort, time, and dedication.

In conclusion, the takoyaki selling event that my friend and I organized for the Nihongo club fundraiser turned out to be a disaster. We had not anticipated the long waiting times, the undercooked and burnt takoyaki, and the overpriced snacks. However, we learned from our mistakes, and we vowed to do better in the future. We realized that failure is not the end but an opportunity to learn and improve. Our experience taught us valuable lessons in event planning and management, and we are grateful for the opportunity to have learned them early on in our lives.

THE WORST EVENT (AQLAN KHALIS BIN ADE KADRIS-018900)

The worst event I've organized at school can be a tricky circumstance that needs skillful management to get through. A fire outbreak that took place in the school building during regular school hours was one such circumstance that put the administration of our school's administration to the test.

The incident took place unexpectedly, and the school administration had to act swiftly to ensure the safety of all students, teachers, and staff. The situation was chaotic, with alarms blaring, smoke filling the hallways, and students and teachers in a state of panic. During the crisis, the leadership team stepped up to handle the situation in a calm and organized manner.

First and foremost, the school leadership quickly initiated the emergency response protocols that were in place. They communicated clearly and effectively with the students and staff, directing them to evacuate the building immediately and follow the established evacuation routes. They ensured that everyone was accounted for and moved to a designated safe location outside the school premises.

The student council also coordinated with the fire department and other emergency services to ensure a prompt and effective response to the fire outbreak. They provided accurate information about the location and severity of the fire and worked closely with the authorities to bring the situation under control as quickly and safely as possible.

In addition to managing the immediate crisis, the school council also demonstrated exemplary communication skills. They kept parents and guardians updated about the situation through regular updates via phone calls, emails, and social media. They provided reassurance and answered questions, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Furthermore, the school council showed compassion and care toward the students, teachers, and staff who were affected by the fire. They offered emotional support, provided counselling services, and ensured that students' academic needs were met during the disruption caused by the incident. They also worked tirelessly with the insurance company, contractors, and other stakeholders to initiate the rebuilding and restoration process as soon as possible.

The school council's ability to remain composed, make quick decisions, and communicate effectively during the worst event at school was commendable. Their calm and confident demeanour helped to reassure the school community and instil a sense of confidence in the handling of the situation.

Through their exemplary leadership, the school administration successfully managed the crisis and minimized the impact of the fire outbreak on the school and its stakeholders. Their swift and effective response ensured the safety and well-being of everyone involved and helped to restore normalcy to the school environment as soon as possible.

In conclusion, the leadership demonstrated during the worst event at school, such as a fire outbreak, plays a crucial role in managing the situation and ensuring the safety and well-being of the school community. The ability to remain calm, communicate effectively, coordinate with emergency services, and show compassion towards those affected is essential in handling such challenging situations. The leadership team's actions during the fire outbreak in our school were a testament to their exemplary leadership skills, and their efforts were greatly appreciated by the entire school community.

This might not be the best event I've ever had in my life but for sure the memory of it still lively in my head. It's only just a small event which is just a surprise birthday party which was planned by me and my friends for our teacher. Specifically, she is the advisor for the scouts at school and I'm the president for the club. It was only only us who planned this is because we are the candidates for king scouts and our teacher was the one who guided us from nothing to something.

Around three or four days before the event, we have planned about the birthday party. During that time, we met the teacher every evening for training and preparation for the king scouts test. Although, it was very busy but we still managed to plan the event thoroughly and and executed it perfectly. The plan was only simple and easy. We will just meet with her normally but instead we pretended like we don't know about anything during her birthday. I told all of my friends to not even wish her face to face or at WhatsApp. Since her birthday was on the next week of Monday, so we fund the money to buy her a birthday cake and a present.

During the weekend, we bought the cake and the present during outing. To be honest, it cost us pretty much money since we are still student at that time and have to use our own pocket money. But, all of this are nothing to be compared to our teacher hardwork for nurturing and trained us very well so just we will pass the final test of achieving the title of the king scouts. For sure, our gift to her would be meaningful to her and act as token of appreciation. Guiding her student until success surely is her biggest pride without any doubt. Although she is also the upper form teacher and teach additional mathematics but she never failed to hold the training session for us every evening.

As for me, I bought my own gift for her which is a shawl. Skip to the D-day, all of us just gone through the day like a normal student and just waited till the evening. Like always, she called everyone to meet her at parking lot of our hostel which was the usual place where we gathered. Everyone went there first except for me as I'm the one who will suprise her with the cake. Just right after she asked everyone the whereabout of me, then I suddenly pop out of nowhere with the cake and everyone started singing the happy birthday song. She was very shocked at that time because of how we managed to buy her a cake.

Although it was just a small celebration, our teacher really appreciated our effort to make the event happened. For me, it can be considered as one of the best event that I handled because that moment never failed to put a smile on my face everytime it reminisce on my memories. Till this day and forward, I have never forgotten our teacher and also my friend on our journey to become the king scouts. To all of you guys, thank you for being part of my memories.

THE BEST EVENT -AIDIEL AZHAR DME43A 018877

Going on a vacation with friends is always an exciting and memorable experience. Recently, my four friends and I decided to plan a trip to Pulau Redang, a beautiful island located on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. We were all thrilled to explore the island's natural beauty and spend some quality time together.

Our planning began months before the trip. We first discussed the dates that would work best for everyone, considering work and other commitments. Once we agreed on the dates, we started looking for accommodation and transportation options. After much research, we booked a comfortable and affordable resort that offered easy access to the beach and other tourist attractions on the island.

The day finally arrived, and we all met at the designated meeting point to start our journey. We were all so excited that we couldn’t stop talking and laughing throughout the journey. The seven-hour journey on a bus from Kuala Lumpur to Merang, Terengganu seemed to fly by.

Once we reached Merang, we took a ferry to Pulau Redang. The turquoise blue water and the lush green surroundings were breathtaking. We were all amazed by the beauty of the island, and we knew that the trip was going to be unforgettable.

After reaching our resort, we quickly checked in and freshened up before heading to the beach. The beach was serene and quiet, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water. We spent the whole day sunbathing, swimming, and playing beach volleyball. As the sun began to set, we decided to take a walk along the beach and capture some stunning photographs.

The next day, we decided to go snorkeling and explore the island’s marine life. We rented snorkeling gear and hired a boat to take us to some of the best snorkeling spots around the island. The underwater world was breathtaking, with colorful corals and fish swimming around us. We even spotted a turtle swimming by, and we couldn’t stop ourselves from following it around for a while.

We tried different local foods and enjoyed each other's company. We had so much fun together that we didn't want the trip to end. However, all good things must come to an end, and it was time for us to head back home. We left Pulau Redang with a heavy heart, but with lots of happy memories and unforgettable experiences.

Our trip to Pulau Redang was undoubtedly a success, and it wouldn't have been possible without the teamwork and cooperation of all five of us. We all played our part in planning, executing, and enjoying the trip to the fullest. It was truly a trip of a lifetime, and we can't wait to plan another one in the near future.

THE WORST EVENT ( Ariff Aiman Hanif 019148)

During my highschool time, I have a  with a passion for providing enriching educational experiences for the students, I was excited about organizing a trip to Cadbury Confectionery Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a well-known confectionery company in Malaysia. My goal was to expose  the students to the inner workings of a multinational corporation and provide them with valuable insights into the confectionery manufacturing process. However, despite my best intentions, the trip unfortunately did not materialize as planned due to challenges arising from last-minute planning.

The idea of organizing a trip to Cadbury Confectionery Malaysia Sdn Bhd was met with great enthusiasm from my students. They were thrilled at the prospect of visiting a chocolate factory and learning about the production of their favorite sweets. Encouraged by their excitement, I eagerly took on the task of planning the trip.

Unfortunately, I soon encountered a significant obstacle in the form of limited availability of tour slots at Cadbury Confectionery Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Due to the company's busy production schedule, they could only accommodate a limited number of tours, and all available slots were quickly booked by other groups. This unexpected challenge caught me off guard, as I had not accounted for the limited availability of tours in my last-minute planning.

Another challenge arose in obtaining the necessary approvals and permissions from the school administration and parents. The process took longer than anticipated, with delays in paperwork, consent forms, and other logistical arrangements. By the time all the approvals were obtained, it was already close to the intended trip date, leaving little time for further planning and coordination.

Despite my best efforts to overcome these challenges, it became evident that the trip could not be organized successfully within the limited timeframe. It was disappointing for both me and my students, who had eagerly anticipated the excursion.

This experience taught me several important lessons about the importance of proper planning when organizing school trips. First and foremost, it is crucial to start the planning process well in advance to allow for ample time to secure necessary approvals, communicate with all relevant parties, and make necessary arrangements. Last-minute planning can lead to logistical challenges, such as limited availability of tour slots or delays in obtaining approvals, which can ultimately result in the trip not being realized as planned.

Secondly, flexibility and adaptability are key when organizing school trips. Unexpected challenges may arise, and it is important to have contingency plans in place and be prepared to adjust the trip itinerary or reschedule if necessary. This can help minimize disruptions and ensure that the trip can still be organized successfully, even in the face of unforeseen circumstances.

Communication and collaboration are also crucial for organizing successful school trips. It is important to maintain open and timely communication with all relevant parties, including the company or venue being visited, school administration, parents, and students. Regular updates, reminders, and clear instructions can help ensure smooth coordination and minimize misunderstandings.

Lastly, it is important to have alternative educational activities or backup plans in case a trip cannot be organized as planned. While field trips can provide valuable learning experiences, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may prevent their realization. Having alternative activities, such as guest speakers, virtual tours, or local visits, can still provide valuable insights and learning opportunities for students, even if a trip cannot be organized as intended.

In conclusion, my experience of organizing a high school trip to Cadbury Confectionery Malaysia Sdn Bhd, which unfortunately failed due to last-minute planning challenges, highlighted the importance of proper planning, flexibility, communication, and having alternative plans in place. As a teacher, I have learned valuable lessons from this experience and will apply these insights in future trip planning endeavors to ensure the best possible educational experiences for the students.

THE BEST EVENT (Ariff Aiman Hanif)

As a head of prefect passionate about promoting cultural understanding and heritage education among my students, I took the initiative to organize a school trip to Muzium Negara, the National Museum of Malaysia, located in Kuala Lumpur. My goal was to provide the students with an enriching and educational experience that would broaden their horizons, foster appreciation for Malaysia's history and culture, and create lasting memories.

The first step in organizing the school trip was to obtain the necessary permissions and approvals from school administration and parents. I prepared a proposal that outlined the educational objectives, logistics, and safety measures for the trip, and communicated with parents to gather consent forms and ensure their support for the excursion. Once all the necessary approvals were obtained, I began planning the details of the trip.

I have friends father who work closely with the museum's staff to tailor the trip to suit the students' age group and curriculum objectives. The museum offered various educational programs and guided tours, and I selected those that would be most relevant and engaging for my students. I also incorporated pre-trip lessons and activities to prepare the students for their visit, including lessons on Malaysian history, culture, and etiquette.

To ensure a smooth and organized trip, I appointed chaperones among the school staff to assist with supervision and logistics. I also coordinated transportation arrangements, such as booking a chartered bus, to ensure safe and convenient travel to and from the museum.

On the day of the trip, the students were filled with excitement as we embarked on our journey to Muzium Negara. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the museum's knowledgeable guides, who led us on a guided tour of the exhibits.

The students were captivated by the museum's exhibits, which showcased Malaysia's rich history and diverse culture. They marveled at the ancient artifacts, learned about Malaysia's prehistoric era, and gained insights into the country's early civilizations, such as the Malay Sultanate and Melaka Sultanate. The exhibits also highlighted Malaysia's unique geography, flora, and fauna, providing a holistic understanding of the country's heritage.

The students were particularly fascinated by the museum's displays on Malaysia's indigenous tribes, such as the Orang Asli and the Iban people. They learned about their traditional customs, practices, and livelihoods, and gained a deeper appreciation for Malaysia's cultural diversity.

The museum's exhibits on traditional Malaysian costumes and cultural practices also captured the students' attention. They were enthralled by the intricate designs, vibrant colors, and rich symbolism of the costumes, and learned about the different ethnic groups in Malaysia through their traditional attire. The hands-on displays and interactive activities at the museum also provided a fun and engaging learning experience for the students.

As we walked through the museum, the students asked thoughtful questions, engaged in discussions, and shared their observations and insights. It was heartwarming to see their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about Malaysia's history and culture, and their engagement with the exhibits showcased the success of the trip in achieving its educational objectives.

After the guided tour, we gathered in a designated area for a debriefing session, where the students shared their reflections and takeaways from the trip. Many expressed their newfound appreciation for Malaysia's rich cultural heritage, and how the trip had broadened their horizons and deepened their understanding of the country's history and traditions.

As we left Muzium Negara, the students were filled with a sense of awe and wonder. The trip had been a valuable educational experience that had brought their classroom lessons to life, and they had gained a deeper appreciation for Malaysia's history and culture.

In conclusion, organizing a school trip to Muzium Negara was a rewarding experience that allowed my students to unlock the rich history and culture of Malaysia.

WORST EVENT HOSTED-SHAH AZRAT (ALAM019082)

School sports events are an integral part of the academic year for many students. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can lead to the cancellation of these events. In my case, our school's sport events were cancelled due to a big flood that had affected the entire region. This event had a significant impact on the school community and had left many students disappointed.

The cancellation of our school's sport events came as a shock to everyone. Many students had been eagerly anticipating these events for months and had been training hard to prepare for them. However, the flood had made it impossible for the events to take place. The entire region was affected by the flood, and it was deemed too dangerous to hold any outdoor activities, including sports events.

The cancellation of the school's sport events had a profound effect on many students. For some, it was a huge disappointment as they had been looking forward to these events for a long time. For others, it was a setback as they had been working hard to improve their skills and abilities in preparation for the events. It was a difficult time for many students, as they had to come to terms with the fact that their hard work and efforts would not culminate in the events they had been working towards.

However, despite the disappointment, the school community rallied together to support one another. Teachers, students, and parents worked together to find ways to help those who had been affected by the flood. Fundraisers were organized, and donations were made to help those in need. The school also organized alternative activities for the students, such as indoor sports and games, to keep them engaged and motivated.

The cancellation of the school's sport events taught us an important lesson about resilience and adaptability. While it was disappointing to see our hard work go to waste, it was important to remember that we could overcome these setbacks. We learned to be flexible and adaptable, to find new ways to achieve our goals, and to support each other through difficult times.

In conclusion, the cancellation of our school's sport events due to a big flood was a challenging experience for everyone involved. However, it taught us important lessons about resilience, adaptability, and community. While the disappointment was palpable, the school community came together to support each other and find ways to move forward. It was a valuable learning experience for all of us, and one that we will remember for years to come.

And i manage to distribute the task for each of my classmates members. The paperwork and so on have been done by my friend Jamal and Adam. The remaining this to do now is to send the paperwork to the management and to the HSSE management.

The approvement of this paperwork are take time around 1 week. The paper we sent to the Alam’s management have been approved by the CEO of the management. At first we are very grateful of this achievement. But the worst thing happen after we send the paperwork an HSSE management. The HSSE management does not approved our paperwork because the reason is there is no safety that we fill in that paperwork. I am very shock and very sad because the event are cancelled last minute. My class member also very sad and disappointed with the management.

Eventhough it is the worst event ever happen, but it also give me a lesson which is not all we want will get. And for me, maybe i must improve my paperwork after this if want the event successful.

WORST EVENT (Muhammad Amirul Arif bin Mahayudin ALAM018903 )

One of the worst events I've ever been to at school was a fundraiser for the school's athletic team. What was supposed to be a fun and exciting event turned out to be disappointing and left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

The fundraising idea came from our school's athletic department, which was struggling to raise enough money to cover our team's equipment and travel expenses, we wanted to do our part, so we came up with the idea to raise money by doing a fun run. We thought it would be a great way to get them involved. We spent weeks planning the event, creating class itineraries, creating promotional materials, and contacting potential sponsors. We were all excited about the potential success of the event and felt we were making a real difference in the lives of our fellow athletes. Many alumni and teachers rushed to support us, and many people came to see us. The weather was good, and we had a great track in front of us.

However, the situation deteriorated immediately after the start of the race. We didn't plan our route well enough, so participants quickly became confused and lost about where to go. This led to a lot of frustration and confusion, with many participants eventually dropping out of the race altogether. To make matters worse, there were not enough water stations planned along the route, leaving many participants dehydrated and ill. Some had to be taken to hospital. The event ended in disaster, both in terms of the number of participants and the amount of money we were able to raise. It was a huge disappointment for everyone involved and left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.

Looking back at the event, I realize that we didn't do enough planning or preparation to ensure its success. We were so caught up in the excitement of running the event that we missed some important details. If we had taken the time to plan more carefully and have everything ready before the race, we could have avoided some of the problems we encountered.

Overall, this experience has taught me the importance of planning and preparation when organizing an event. I also learned that even with the best of intentions, things can go wrong. But most importantly, learn from your mistakes, try again, and apply the lessons learned to future endeavors.
