It's harder than
it sounds to run an event. It necessitates concentration, dialogue,
cooperation, patience, interpersonal skills, and many other things. This is because
several things need to be taken into account in order to manage events smoothly
and satisfactorily because we can't predict what will happen, but we still do
our best to achieve our objectives.
When I was 18
years old, I have conducted a event among my family members. it was during a
family day event, and I wanted to entertain the kids so what I did was I planned
for a activity in the garden. So I came up with a game which was musical chair.
So, we started to play the game.
While we were
playing the game there was a bad incident in which my niece got bitten by a snake.
So, I panicked at the moment, and I was the eldest among them. So what I did was
I went and inform my parents and my dad came to the place and immediately brought
my niece to hospital to get treatment.
The snake was small,
and it is a poisonous snake. So, at the moment my mom called and reported it to
the firefighting department. The snake went into the bush. After 10 minutes
they came and caught the snake.
This is the worst
event that I have conducted before. Cause it brought up a danger to someone else.
And my parents scolded me for doing this. I hope I will not repeat the mistake
again and I will make sure after this I check and properly plan an event.
