the best event that i organized (JAMAL 018870)

 The purpose and benefits of planning an event are to ensure the event runs smoothly and to plan.  In doing so you can ensure that time and cost are used effectively by all the people involved in the event by communicating to those involved throughout the planning stage.  When planning an event, I ensure I start the planning well in advance so that I have the opportunity to be thorough thus ensuring the event runs smoothly and to plan. The best event that I have organized to date was my batchmates activity during we finish our exam PT3 that been scheduled by school.

I has been a master mind for the event because I be representative of my batchmates to give the idea to our counselling teacher that is responsible to plan our activity after PT3. We need to plan appropriately the activity so the event will become smoothly, and we can execute the project in the time being. There is so many events

 

that we plan but the three best events are painting certain part of school building, explore-race, friendly match with other school. This program objective is made sure we as student can conduct our own activity using the right path.

On the first activity we use to paint the workshop building because the building has been looked old and the paint had faded. I been conducting my batchmate and divided them to groups and give order by group. We need to execute this task in three days, but it finishes by doing it in two days only because of our hard work. After that we use to conduct explore race inside our school to make our batchmates become more unite and can trust each other. The last activity that I think the best is friendly match between school. We do a rugby match that for boys and netball match for girls. We do friendly match with SMS MUZAFFAR SHAH a.k.a MOZAC because that is only one SBP school that same with us SBPI SELANDAR a.k.a SISME. This friendly match is to make sure the relationship of SBP school can be uphold and we can conduct more activity between us in academic and cocurricular activity.

We al so can discuss with people that have an experience so we can take down what can we do’s  and don’ts so the event we will go with the flow as we scheduled.
